Although you are not obligated to use the website instead of calling, there are a number of advantages for doing so.
One, you will receive a carbon copy of your order. If any mistakes were made or you need to update the information, you will be able to catch it and call us to update it.
Two, when you order a service, your request arrives directly onto our phones. This eliminates the necessity of the dispatcher trying to figure out which messenger is closest to the pick-up location. Instead, the closest messenger informs the dispatcher, the package gets picked up, and everything is golden.
Third, once you place your order, it immediately becomes searchable data on our mail servers. If the day ever comes when you need information about a particular delivery, all we have to do is pull out our SmartPhone, search our database and call or email you right back.
